Interested in being a part of our HR team, working alongside great people doing exciting creative work, in cool office spaces (when we return!) and a culture that’s “people first’?  Working with the highly supportive HR team in both Toronto and Montreal, you will manage the administration of an HRIS system, benefit programs and other employee programs and policies designed to support the business and our culture. Responsibilities / Responsabilités


  • regularly update the HRIS system (SAP) for Toronto and through ADP Workforce Now for Montreal with as-needed processing of employee changes such as promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, leaves, terminations, etc. and managing flow of associated documentation to provide timely and accurate data to payroll on a semi-monthly basis, calculating and informing payroll of changes affecting employee's pay
  • prepare employment agreements, employment verification letters, leave memos and other related documents.
  • administer a web-based benefit program and retirement plan (including enrolment, changes, terminations), calculating and reconciling monthly invoices for payment.
  • coordinating and supporting the process of Recruitment - job postings, scheduling interviews, background verifications for selected candidates and offer letter creation
  • manage employee onboarding by planning, organizing and facilitating the orientation sessions, and off-boarding
  • provide administrative support to HR team including but not limited to managing hires and leavers, maternity/paternity, follow-up on employee questions/concerns; coordinate internal corporate compliance training (e.g., yearly signoff's), employee file organization, processing invoices (including PO creation), and other record-keeping systems.
  • responsible for accuracy and maintenance of HR filing system both electronic and paper
  • enhance culture through employee interactions.



  • 1-2 years of direct experience in HR or other related field
  • Fluency in French and English
  • exposure to and some experience with benefits administration and calculating premium adjustments, handling invoicing – comfortable working with numbers
  • multi-tasking capabilities with attention to deadlines within a fluid environment
  • professionalism, discretion, integrity, and sound judgement in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
  • dealing with others effectively and building positive working relationships with staff
