The HR Generalist will be part of the Ogilvy Canada HR team and will play a critical role in the delivery of internal Human Resources services to our Ogilvy Health Canada team. As a key business partner to the leadership, the HR Generalist will help support the talent lifecycle as well as the employee experience. This position is responsible for overseeing the accuracy of the processes and procedures for all HR administrative activities supporting our Healthcare leadership team and employees located in both Toronto and Montreal. The HR Generalist will work with our HR team to offer the best employee experience when communicating with staff and to continuously improve employee engagement, productivity and organizational performance, executing in a timely manner.
